NEW RELEASE

Isakawa Daichi leads an isolated life – shy, introvert, and depressed as he is.

But one snowy Christmas Daichi’s depression is disturbed by a brief, but close, encounter with Fuyu, a forward and flamboyant musician.

They meet again months later, and despite Daichi’s obvious reluctance, Fuyu insists on friendship, tearing down all the walls Daichi has so painstakingly built in order to survive.

Despite all their poetry and beauty, snowangels melt, leaving only harsh reality….

“The Inevitable Nature of Snowangels (part 1)” is a manga about loneliness and being together. Who knows which is worse…

CirCus 4

Dear Readers,

If you didn’t get the chance to come by CPH Zinefest this weekend, and thus didn’t get a chance to flick through my stuff live, don’t despair!

Here you are: a flick through the latest issue of CirCus (#4)

The sun setting infuses all with red, and in this light Eloïse finds that strange things are happening; one of Ethel’s pigs has been hurt by unknown forces! And when a piercing scream resounds Eloïse shows great courage and sternness in handling the situation.

Take a Look

Dear Readers,

Be aware that I regularly change and add stuff all over this place.

Just recently I’ve added CirCus to the Wor(l)ds-menu plus I’ve done a new menu-point called Flickthrough.

Check them out.

Culture Night

Dear Readers,

Despite the ominous date, the Copenhagen Culture Night takes place on Friday the 13th this month.

Though I do deal in the dark powers of mediating weird tales, I’m not a superstitious person, so I’ll brave it and table at Verdenskultucentret (Nørre Allé 7, 2200 Copenhagen N) from 6pm to 12pm!

This is a great opportunity to flick through some of the work I haven’t filmed yet, have a chat, get to know more about Nørrebronx Tegneseriedage 2018, and more.

So do come by!

CirCus 2

p1

Dear Readers,

Thus the 2nd issue of CirCus is out!

Eloïse wakes up in the dark wagon only to be taken care of by Carl, the director of the little circus. Being a feisty girl, she tries to form a place for herself, but she’s continually thrown off by weird encounters, and a shadow falls heavy on the one tentative friendship formed…

SNEAK PEEK

Dear Readers,

I know it’s rather last minute, but…

Do swing by this Saturday (27th of May) at the King’s Garden (Kongens Have) in Copenhagen – a fabulous event is taking place by the fountain in the middle of this park!

Self-publishes of several media (books, comics, music) will show off their works in the delightful pre-summer weather.

And for my part, there’ll be a sneak peek at my brand-new series: CirCus!

See you there, right??!!

Karamel

Dear Readers,

In London exciting things are happening!

This very Friday (28th of April) at the Karamel, in Wood Green, there’ll be music and comics!

If you appear around 7pm you’ll have a blast! The music is performed by no less than 12 exceptional musicians: The Bonzo Cats (Bonzo Dog Doodah cover band), and they”ll do their utmost to perform the living soul out of the audience.

As for comics, they’ll be sold by yours truly.

Come join the party!
