Isakawa Daichi leads an isolated life – shy, introvert, and depressed as he is.
But one snowy Christmas Daichi’s depression is disturbed by a brief, but close, encounter with Fuyu, a forward and flamboyant musician.
They meet again months later, and despite Daichi’s obvious reluctance, Fuyu insists on friendship, tearing down all the walls Daichi has so painstakingly built in order to survive.
Despite all their poetry and beauty, snawangels melt, leaving only harsh reality….
“The Inevitable Nature of Snowangels (part 1)” is a manga about loneliness and being together. Who knows which is worse….
Tomorrow – at CPH Zinefest (Ungdomshuset, Dortheavej 61, 2200 Copenhagen) – these two works will be presented to the world.
CirCus chapter 9 is out! As Eloïse and Carl start they return something dark and ominous takes place at the camp.
“the Forgetting of Mermen” special edition. Printed on rice paper (A5) in a limited, numbered and signed printing.
Come get these alongside loads of good offers TOMORROW (20th October) between 12(noon) and 9pm!
Visiting Osaka I learn ever more about the world of manga – the extention of which defies my wildest imagination as well as my highest hopes!
Want to know a bit about the zine-scene over here?
Check out these two cool distros:
And a little taste of their activities….
which will be repeated this year (when is to be announced!)
Please support them – Enjoy!
The cold and darkness sneak up on us, as autumn has definitely come, making it the perfect time to go to the cinema.
It’s also the season for bundling up with coffee and a zine/ comic…
Why not combine the two? Go to the Deptford Cinema (39 Deptford Broadway, London SE8 4PQ); not only because they show unusual, beautiful, and exciting films, but because they stock an array of (free) zines, among which you may find some of my stuff.

All the best in your hunt for the great tale!
